Endeavor in such the natural resources to be placed in the exceptional shelter. The Municipal decide to expand their horizon not just for the natural resources but in the community aspects; where the businesses will be prime objective without harming the natural resources.

Designed a one storey commercial project with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational. the Owner primary Business is a rice store compliment with a unique and enjoyable experience suited to every costumer. Zata Architecture was inspired by the region’s architecture and natural environment and our team decided to base the design of the project on those elements.

The Azariah mean "God's Help"; Architecture boast in all dimension yet it is compact by means of uses. A proposed Condominium in the heart of Tagaytay one of the prominent tourism destination near metro manila, Philippines.
Azariah create a space that will pace the activity more obsolete and barrier free.

C.O.D Mall Cubao is one of the well-known trademark in Cubao since 1960’s. The propoasl aims to present the opportunity of the business venture
The Cubao is part of Quezon City, the biggest city in Metro Manila. This become the residencial and business district of Quezon City. Currently there are 7 malls establish in Cubao, hotels, and cyber park. The occupancy rate for commercial space in Quezon City is 75 percent in conservative assumption to 100 percent. While parking space occupancy rate is at 100 percent. The C.O.D. management will use different marketing strategy to fill up the stall.

The Residential Community is definitely designed to impress and judging by the reactions of visitors, it manages to do just that. Our design made sure to provide easy access to handicapped visitors all while maintaining a regal and majestic feel. We encourage you to come see this masterpiece whenever you get the chance.
